that have specifically subscribed to DataCentral (Subscribing District) and requires
a separate log-in. By viewing this
site, you represent that the Subscribing District has authorized you to access DataCentral
and you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. The use of this site constitutes acceptance
of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, your use of this site is
unauthorized and in breach of the User Agreement.
Any reference to “you”
or “your” in these Terms and Conditions of Use means the Subscribing District. Any reference to “content” means all
resources and materials available, accessed, provided or developed through the TASB
HR DataCentral Web Site.

or WMG/Hi-Octane. Unless otherwise stated, copyright or similar rights are reserved
for all content presented on this site. TASB authorizes you to view and download
content from this site, provided the content is used only for the internal business
purposes of the Subscribing Entity. The
content may not be disclosed to any individual or person outside of the Subscribing
Entity, including another school district, any education service center, or a third
party seeking to conduct or conducting business with the Subscribing Entity, without
the prior written permission of TASB HR Services or as required by law. You may
not sell, distribute, or publish any content you obtain from this site without such
permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright laws.
Additionally, failure to comply with these restrictions may result in the
termination of the Subscribing District’s access to this site.
