What is DataCentral?

DataCentral is a new online database and report tool available to TASB HR Services members. Member districts can add DataCentral to their subscription for a small annual fee and have 24/7 access to data and reports on pay and HR practices in Texas school districts.

Salary Surveys

Subscribers create and download custom job market reports on superintendent, teacher, administrator and auxiliary salaries, as well as extra-duty stipends. Pay data on over 100 common school district jobs and over 60 extra-duty assignments is available through DataCentral.

HR Surveys

DataCentral includes HR Surveys, a new tool for surveying and reporting on common HR practices and policies. HR Surveys will include information on benefits, absence rates, staffing, and more.
